A Seymour lawyer who was arrested for kissing a judicial marshal, vows he will fight the charges all the way to court.
Ralph Crozier says it happened at Waterbury Superior Court the Friday before Christmas break. Crozier says he was shaking hands and trading well-wishes when he kissed the woman on the cheek. The incident was caught on security tape and now Crozier is charged with disorderly conduct.
Investigators report the woman says she did not want to be kissed. Crozier's bail was set at $10,000. His arraignment is set for later this month.
